Chicken and prawn cheese balls

Ingredients
120g minced chicken
30g minced prawn
125g cheddar cheese
1½ tsp French mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
10 tbsp Quaker Quick Cooking Oatmeal, blended
2 tsp light soya sauce
1 tsp white pepper
1 stalk spring onion, chopped
1 tsp oyster sauce

Other ingredients:
5 quail eggs, boiled
5 cups oil for deep-frying
10 tbsp Quaker Quick Cooking Oatmeal, blended for coating

Method
1. Combine all ingredients (A) into a big bowl, mix well, cover and refrigerate for one hour.

2. Shell the boiled quail eggs.

3. Use ingredients (A) to coat the boiled quail eggs and mould into the shape of an egg.

4. Coat the balls with Quaker Quick Cooking Oatmeal.

5. Heat up the oil and deep-fry the balls until golden brown.

6. Drain excess oil. Garnish and serve.
