Mixed veggie fritters

Ingredients
1/2 cabbage
1/2 carrot
1 potato
5 long beans
4 stalks spinach
1/2 cup green peas

(All vegetables must be finely minced)

2 tbsp spoon chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup chickpea flour (tepung kacang kuda)
1/4 cup rice flour
salt
oil for frying

Method
1. In a bowl, combine flour and add a little water and salt to make a smooth batter.

2. Add the minced vegetables, chilli powder and turmeric powder. The batter should not be too thick or too watery.

3. Scoop a spoonful and pour batter into hot oil and fry till crispy.

Eat with chilli sauce. Makes about 15 to 20 fritters.
