Orange and chocolate cake

Ingredients
50g margarine
50g brown sugar
50g self-raising flour
0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 orange zest
1 egg
2.5 tsp cocoa powder, diluted with 2 dessert spoons of hot water

Method
1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and with an electric whisk, beat for 1 minute.

2. Grease and flour Pyrex bowl and cook in microwave (high) for 4 minutes.

3. Leave to rest before serving.
