Batik chocolate cake

Ingredients
250g butter
3/4 cup fine sugar
6 medium-sized eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 bars cooking chocolate (1 bar double-boil for topping)
Chocolate chips (for topping)
3/4 can condensed milk
1 packet Marie biscuits, break into quarters

Method
1. Beat butter and sugar till soft.

2. Add in eggs one at a time and stir it.

3. Add in vanilla essence.

4. Heat frying pan over low fire. Pour the mixed ingredients (1, 2 and 3) into the frying pan. Make sure that the fire is low and stir the mixture.

5. Add in condensed milk and cooking chocolate and stir till the mixture becomes thick and does not stick to the pan.

6. Add the broken pieces of the Marie biscuits into the cooked mixture in another bowl and mix till all pieces of biscuit are evenly coated.

7. Pour the mixture into a mould, which has been layered with aluminium foil. Press the mixture into the mould to ensure there's no trapped air.

8. Top the mixture with melted chocolate and chocolate chips.

9. Arrange pieces of biscuit on top of the melted chocolate-and-chips layer and pour some melted chocolate on it, followed by another layer of melted chocolate and chocolate chips. Cover the top with aluminium foil and let it cool.

10. Keep the cake inside the fridge. Serve cold.
