Homemade tuna sandwich

Ingredients
6 toasted wholemeal breads
1 can Ayam Brand Tuna Chunk In Water
1/2 can of kernel corn
Mayonnaise
Cucumber
Fresh tomato
Lettuce
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 potato

Method
1. Mix tuna chunks with corn and mayonnaise well in a bowl.

2. Cut hard-boiled eggs into slices.

3. Slice tomato, lettuce and cucumber.

4. Slice potato about 0.5 inch thick, rub with pinch of salt and pepper, and fry in a pan.

5. Toast your bread.

6. Spread tuna mixture on the breads and top with boiled eggs and tomato. On the other bread, top with pan-fried potato slices, cucumber and lettuce.

7. Cut into half before serving.

Serves two
