Chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients
300gm self-raising flour
100gm brown sugar
15gm (2 tbsp) milk powder
120gm butter/margarine
4 tbsp honey
2 eggs
165ml water (3/4 cup)
1 tsp vanilla essence
100gm chocolate chips

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180C

2. Cream sugar, butter/margarine, milk powder and honey until light.

3. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.

4. Fold in sifted self-raising flour alternately with water. Mix well.

5. Stir in the chocolate chips.

6. Pour batter into paper cups (3/4 full) and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
