Apple cinnamon pancake

Ingredients
A:
4 large Granny Smith apples
2 teaspoon of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
2 Tsp of black raisin
brown sugar to taste

B:
2 cups Buttermilk pancake flour

C:
1 egg
1 1/2 cup of water

Method
A:
1. Peel and core apples. Cut each into 8 pieces. Cook in a pan with the rest of the ingredients under A, except brown sugar, till tender. Lastly, add brown sugar. Lift from the fire and leave to cool.

2. Mix ingredients B and C to form a smooth paste.

3. Fry batter on medium heat with just a little bit of oil. Halfway done, add the cooked apple pieces (A).

Note: The cooked apple cinnamon pieces can be kept and used for another time.
