Healthy tuna apple salad

Ingredients
2-3 Granny Smith green apples, cut into small cubes
10 small purple onions
1 can tuna flakes in water (discard water)
1 dsp extra virgin olive oil
6 tbsp Heinz salad cream mixed with 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1/4 purple cabbage, shredded thin and fine
8 small baby tomatoes, cut into halves

Method
1. Cut onions into thin strips lengthwise and mix with tuna flakes, olive oil and salad cream.

2. Mix in the shredded cabbage and top up with baby tomatoes.

3. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before eating.

This is a healthy, colourful appetiser for four people.
