Teochew-style steamed fish

Ingredients
1 siakap, sliced on both sides
1 tomato, thinly sliced
Spring onions
Young ginger, thinly sliced
4 sour plums (squeeze to break open)
1/4 packet of salted vegetables (from China)
Seasoning, to taste
Water

Method
1. Mix all ingredients and add to the fish.

2. Steam over high heat till fish is cooked.
