Mushroom stew

Ingredients
250g button mushrooms, sliced
2 big tomatoes
1 big onion, chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
1cm ginger, chopped finely
3 tsp sambhar powder
2 tsp fennel powder
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp oil
green peas
salt and pepper to taste

Method
1. Heat oil and saute onions, garlic and ginger.

2. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, sambhar powder and fennel powder. Mix well.

3. Add milk and wait for 5 minutes.

4. Add green peas, salt and pepper.
