Oats idli

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup semolina (suji)
1 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup water
3/4 tsp Eno (fruit salt)
1/4 tsp salt
Oil for greasing

Method
1. Grind oats in a mixer to a powder.

2. Mix together suji, oats powder, yogurt and salt in a bowl and beat well.

3. Add enough water to make a smooth batter of thick, yet slightly pouring consistency. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

4. Pour 2 spoonful of batter into idli mould and steam for 15-20 minutes. Check by inserting knife in the centre and if knife comes out clean, it is done.

Serve hot with mint or spicy coconut chutney.
