Black pepper roast

Ingredients
1/2 chicken
20g black pepper, ground
30ml soy sauce
10ml oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients (except the chicken) and marinate the chicken with the mixture for at least 3 hours.

2. Grill in a hot oven or over charcoal fire for 40 minutes.

Serve while hot.
