WE are onto the letter F this week and the buzz word has to be fish.

Fish is a healthy source of nutrition. Doctors suggest fish instead of meat as the protein source several times a week.

It is high in proteins and rich with omega-3 fatty acids.

We have an incredible selection of fish. The style of cooking and preference for fish are very much influenced by the different ethnic groups.

Steaming, grilling and frying are some of the popular ways of preparing
fish dishes.
