I IS for ice-cream. Who can resist them.

Cream, milk, sweeteners, flavourings and sometimes eggs are the basic ingredients of ice-cream.

There is a wide range of commercial ice-cream - premium, regular, low fat and non-fat.

Premium ice-cream is more expensive because it has higher levels of butterfat. If you are counting your calories, you have a choice of low-fat or non-fat commercial brands.
