Its chief Datuk Liow Tiong Lai said this yesterday, as he condemned PKR MP for Kulim-Badar Baharu, Zulkilfi Nordin's barbaric behaviour on Aug 9 outside and inside the premises of the Bar Council.

"There were pictures of him cajoling and inciting the crowd. He had been reported as saying that I have negotiated with the Dang Wangi police to stop the forum at 9am or else we will act," he said.

The MCA Youth had waited two weeks for PKR to take disciplinary action against Zukifli.

Liow pointed out that Zulkifli claimed he was representing an organisation of lawyers defending Islam but that was not the issue.

"His repugnant behaviour while still serving as wakil rakyat is the issue."

By his action, Liow said Zulkifli had caused a civil society to be alarmed and fearful.

"Zulkifli also justified his wanton act of terror by defiantly stating in Parliament that Anwar understood his actions and had summoned him to campaign in the Permatang Pauh by-election."
