MANCHESTER: Manchester City captain Richard Dunne committed his future to the Premier League club on Friday by signing a new four-year contract.
The 28-year-old Dunne had been linked with moves away from City amid the uncertainty surrounding the protracted departure of manager Sven-Goran Eriksson, but was re assured when Mark Hughes took charge.
"My first priority is, was and always has been to stay at City because I've enjoyed it so much and I feel really settled here," the Ireland defender said.
