Cosmopolitan Malaysia magazine’s search for Fun, Fearless and Fabulous personalities culminates next month.

DO you know or admire someone who is fun, fearless and fabulous? If you do, Cosmopolitan Malaysia magazine wants you to nominate him or her for its Fun, Fearless and Fabulous (FFF) Award 2008.
The search for these individuals started in November last year and will end next month.
There are six categories in the award — the Ultimate FFF, FFF Radio Personalities, FFF Actress, FFF TV Personalities, FFF Singers and FFF Male.
Among those selected so far are actress Maya Karin, TV and radio presenter Fara Fauzana, TV personality Sarimah Ibrahim, singer Anuar Zain, songstress Datuk Siti Nurhaliza and Ning Baizura, actors Awal Ashaari and Zizan Nin, environmentalist Yasmin Rasyid, broadcast crime reporter Aisyah Asmadi, cancer survivor and doctor Liyana Zulkifli, and ice skater Shafinas Hashim.
Cosmopolitan Malaysia editor Izza Safinaz Ibrahim said the same event is being held in other countries through their own Cosmopolitan editions.
“In the United States, only Hollywood celebrities are eligible but our publication here has decided to include not only celebrities but just about anyone who has achieved something,” she said.
The winner will be named at the awards ceremony to be held on Nov 15 in Kuala Lumpur.
Readers can nominate their choices through short messaging services (SMS) and through the voting page provided in the magazine’s monthly issue.
The reader who votes correctly for the winner also stands a chance to be invited to the awards ceremony.
Apart from carrying the title of the most Fun, Fearless and Fabulous individual, the winner will also win a trophy and products from the beauty and fashion partners of the magazine.
