I OFTEN travel for business meetings and it is necessary for me to arrive on time.
I have noticed lately that Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has been cancelling many flights, presumably due to low passenger load.
Three of the eight flights that I was to take over the past two weeks were cancelled without notice.
This caused a lot of inconvenience for passengers, particularly those with connecting flights and frequent travellers with schedules to keep.
While it might be understandable for its cheaper rival to resort to such cost-saving measures, I expect more reliable service from MAS.
The airline should cancel flights weeks in advance instead of at the last minute.
