KUALA LUMPUR: Abdul Razak Baginda is finally ready to speak to the media.
He will hold a press conference at Hotel Maya on Thursday at 9.30am.
His daughter Roweena announced this to reporters who had spent half a day waiting outside their house at Bukit Damansara to get comments from the 48-year-old political analyst.
"My father apologises for not being able to speak to you.
"It has been a very busy day for him. He has a lot to catch up on."
Roweena had earlier advised reporters to let things lie low until her father was ready to comment.
Razak was spotted on two occasions yesterday when he returned home to pick up and drop off his father, Datuk Abdullah Malim Baginda.
He has maintained his silence since he was acquitted of abetting police commandos, Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri, 32, and Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar, 37, in the murder of Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu.
