IF you are looking to buy a mini laptop, here is one to consider — the Nokia Booklet 3G.
The mobile device, which was launched recently, is not anything like Nokia’s N series smartphones with multimedia capabilities. This is, in all aspects, a full function PC, a first from Nokia. According to Nokia, the Booklet has the computing power of a desktop computer and the benefits of a mobile device. The Windows-based Nokia Booklet 3G is powered by the Intel Atom processor, which can be found in most mini/netbook computers and mobile devices. Its 10-inch glass HD-ready display weighs 1.25kg and measures slightly more than 2cm in thickness. Since it is designed for those on the go, it has up to 12 hours of battery life. It has a front facing camera for video calling, Bluetooth support and an SD card reader. It also comes with an HDMI port for HD video out. Nokia has also packed it with support for its Ovi services such as Maps, Music, Share (photos/videos), Mail and Store.
