DO: Ancient healing at Dewi Sri Spa

MOVING towards a more holistic approach, Dewi Sri Spa by Martha Tilaar has opened its doors at the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel & Spa.

The new spa hosts seven single and one couple massage room, a facial room with three beds, two hair salon treatment rooms, a foot reflexology lounge, sand bath facilities, hydrotherapy tub rooms and by February, an outdoor villa equipped with three treatment rooms. There is also a Jamu Bar that serves as a guest pre-treatment waiting area.


Some of the popular signature spa treatments being offered are the: - Dewi Sri Spa Sensual Series: To relieve tension and renew the spirit. It is believed to be ancient recipe for love.


- Dewi Sri Spa Relief Series: To relieve stress and instil a sense of peace.


- Dewi Sri Spa Reviving Series: To alleviate fatigue and invigorate both body and mind. - Dewi Sri Spa Body Contour Series: To improve blood circulation, the lymphatic system that promotes skin regeneration and to reduce cellulite.


- Dewi Sri Spa Whitening Series: To lighten a dull complexion and restore skin to its natural glow. - Reviving Signature Body Treatments: To exude your inner and outer beauty.


- Ken Dedes Princess Retreat which is named after Ken Dedes, a queen from the 7th Century Majapahit empire who was known for her beauty, slenderness and skin tone. The spa also offers invigorating yet relaxing massages.
