CATCH: Tribute to landscapes

ARCHANA Gallery in Taman Tunku, Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur presents “The Ubiquitous Ganesh”, an exhibition of the works of Indian artist Babu Xavier from now until Nov 5.

The Ubiquitous Ganesh pays tribute to landscapes and its art works are colourful with imaginative figures.

Xavier is a self-taught artist, who studied under veteran Indian artist Jayapa Panicker at the Cholamandal Art Colony in Chennai.

He has exhibited his works around India, most notably in Mumbai’s Pundole Art Gallery. He has also promoted his works in Europe and has won several prestigious arts awards in India.
