CATCH: Family Fun Day with MPO

THE Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) presents Family Fun Day concerts at 3pm today and 2.30pm and 4.30pm tomorrow at Dewan Filharmonik Petronas, KLCC, Kuala Lumpur.

Themed Water Music, the concerts are led by conductor John Georgiadis. He and the MPO will “navigate” listeners through music inspired by water. The MPO will present music composed by Tchaikovsky, Britten, Strauss, Handel and Bedrich Smetana, all dedicated to water.

Georgiadis has been music director of the London Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra, Bristol Sinfonia and Bangkok Symphony Orchestra.
