Exploring the human mind

2009/10/23

ARTSENI Gallery in Starhill Gallery, Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur presents “The Human Mind”, the latest series of works by artist and gallery founder Phillip Wong.

The exhibition, from now until Nov 6, has Wong combining two- and three-dimensional media.

Wong seeks to explore the human mind and its effect on the human condition. He describes contemporary art as “having its basis in the exploration of human emotions”. He has created a series of small and large scale paintings culminating in an interactive installation piece called “The Brain”. Wong is a self-taught artist whose works have been exhibited around Malaysia as well as in Thailand and South Korea.

Time: 10am to 9.30pm. Call 03-2144-0782 or 012-398-9608.
