Bosnia President praises 1Malaysia

KUCHING: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's 1Malaysia concept has found a new fan in Bosnia and Herzegovina President Dr Haris Silajdzic.

In his address of appreciation at the state legislative assembly here today, Dr Silajdzic welcomed the 1Malaysia concept which emphasized the "People First, Performance Now" slogan.

"Let me congratulate the Prime Minster of Malaysia, Datuk Seri Najib (Tun) Razak for the implementation of his far-sighted 1Malaysia policy.

"The policy takes advantage of the ethnic diversity of the Malaysian population and puts the people and performance as a priority in the national development agenda," he said.

Dr Silajdzic was here to attend the "Malaysia Global Business Forum -- Bosnia". - Bernama
