KUALA LUMPUR: The LCR Honda MotoGP team roared into town recently.

They took time off from their usual venues like the Sepang racetrack to meet members of the media at Tony Romas in MidValley Megamall.

The MotoGP outfit is one of the three Honda factory supported teams competing in the 2008 World Championship.

Leading the team is Randy de Puniet, who is one of the world's top MotoGP riders.

LCR Honda's successes this season include scorching timings in official time qualifying sessions and several top 10 finishes in races.

The team is backed by Chronoforce in the World championship.
