Organised by Ravindra Dass Property Services Sdn Bhd, a firm of chartered surveyors, valuers, estate agents and property managers, the seminar slated for July 8 from 9am to 1pm will feature lectures by senior valuers R. Dass, Sharifah Azah and Yong Choong Wah. Topics such as the property market, property titles, property tax and the selling and buying of property will be discussed over five sessions.
A senior officer from OCBC Bank will also speak on property financing.
PJ property owners, investors, corporate property managers and real estate agents are encouraged to attend.
The fee for the seminar to be held at the auditorium of the Institution of Surveryors at 64-68, Jalan 52/4 in PJ is RM50, inclusive of materials and refreshments.
A 10 per cent early bird discount will be given to those who register 14 days before the seminar.
