KUANTAN, Fri: A Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) personnel and two nursing students were killed in a road accident at Km9 of Jalan Kuantan-Kemaman near here today.
Kuantan police chief ACP Mohd Jasmani Yusoff said airman Mohd Nasir Abd Hager, 28, of Marang, Terengganu, was attached to the RMAF in Alor Setar.
Killed along with him in the 6.45am accident were two women, Nur Surwarni Jalir, 21, of Bukit Rakit, Kuala Terengganu, and Marlizatul Akmal Mohamad, 23, of Gambang, Kuantan, who were students of the Masterskill College of Nursing and Health in Kuala Lumpur, he said.
