Fuel subsidy system revamp to be ready by May 2010

KUALA LUMPUR, Tues: The revamp of the fuel subsidy system aimed at trimming spending and cutting the country's budget deficit will be ready for implementation in May next year, Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah said here today. "We will save about more than RM2 billion a year," he said.
