GEORGE TOWN: Some 130 students from SMK Hutchings and SMK Jelutong were treated to a buka puasa dinner organised by Media Prima Berhad on Tuesday night.

The schools were adopted by Media Prima under the Promoting Intelligence, Nurturing Talent and Advocating Responsibility project, the brainchild of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

The dinner was also attended by Jejak Rasul host and STMB resources development manager Zainal Ariffin Ismail, who gave out duit raya and Jejak Rasul DVDs to the schools’ representatives.

Also present to give out the duit raya was Media Prima Berhad group senior manager (corporate communications) Eliza Mohamed.

Media Prima, together with LG Electronics, also donated two air-conditioning units to both schools.
