Ingredients:
250g cooked rice
0.06 litres cooking oil (corn oil)
2g cinnamon powder
5g curry leaves
150g sliced onion
25g julienned ginger
10g salt
3g pepper
15g halba campur (mixed Indian spices)
Method:
1. Heat up the corn oil in a pan and put in the sliced onions, julienned ginger, pandan leaves and curry leaves, then halba campur.
2. When the onions turn brown and have a good aroma, add in cooked rice and mix well.
3. Add cinnamon powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
