David Archuleta signs recording contract

JUST in case you are wondering what Utah boy David Archuleta has been doing since American Idol Season 7 has ended, well, David has just signed a contract with a company called 19 Recordings/Jive Records.

So fans of Archuleta can expect an album from their favourite guy, later this year.

Meanwhile, David began the week with three of his songs in the Hot 100. The songs are Imagine, In This Moment and Don't Let The Sun Go Down On me.

David has roughly three more weeks to go before he joins the other nine Idol finalists for that special tour which begins on July 1. The first stop is Glendale, Arizona.
