Jason Castro sings to adoring fans

Jason Castro is not exactly out of the limelight yet. According to the Dallas Morning News, Jason "the hippie" Castro was given a rousing reception when he performed at a small scale concert near his hometown in Texas.

There were cheerleaders, fans and admirers from as far as Albuquerque and Chicago. How lucky can one guy get?

The crowd which numbered in the thousands were most grateful when Jason belted out "Deep In The Heart Of Texas". Yeah, this dreadlocked chap really know how to win over his fans.
About three weeks ago, Jason Castro finished fourth behind Syesha Mercado, first runner-up David Archuleta and winner David Cook.

At 21 years old and having nary a care in the world, Jason is probably living the kind of life that most of us wish we had when we were his age.

Not everybody gets to drink from that holy grail. It just happens to be Castro's turn.
Good luck, buddy!
