Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Brunei’s National University, is accepting applications for admission to its postgraduate programme in Asian Studies to start next year. Eligible applicants are invited to apply for the 10 postgraduate scholarships in Critical Asian Studies under the new Graduate Research Scholarship Programme. To be eligible, a candidate must be under the age of 40, enrolled full-time on a postgraduate course and demonstrate a good academic track record.
The scholarship includes a monthly allowance of B$1,500 (RM3,600) (maximum period of three years); passage to Brunei Darussalam from and back to home country; a one-time allowance of B$3,000 for field research; and tuition fee waiver.
