HE SAYS As we know, there are many animals in our beautiful world that are considered endangered. Today, I am focusing on one.
The polar bear lives in the Arctic and is one of the many endangered species that live there. You may ask how this affects us. Polar bears are becoming extinct because of a major change in their habitat. The ice in the Arctic region is slowly melting due to global warming. Global warming shows that the world’s temperature is rising. One thing leads to another. The rise in temperature around the world causes the ice in the Arctic region, where the polar bears are, to melt at a horrifying rate, which in turn will cause the sea level to rise.
With the sea level rises, the chances for floods will increase as well. I fail to see how people can disregard the fact that the world is crumbling and not do anything about it. Open your eyes, and please see that the endangerment of a species is a sign of trouble ahead for us.

SHE SAYS
When the term ‘endangered’ is used, people usually think of certain animal species, such as the panda. No matter how much you study about endangered species, there will always be something new to learn.
Did you know that the endangerment of a species is a warning sign for us? I am sure you are wondering how this is possible. When an animal species is threatened by extinction it foretells that at some point in the future we humans could lose a food source. Consider what will happen if polluting our waters makes seafood inedible? What would happen to Malaysians if there were no more shrimp to be had? No more sambal udang, no cencaluk and no belacan too!
Endangered species cause an imbalance in the ecosystem. Being at the top of the food chain, humans will feel the effects if even one species is on the brink of extinction. So we need to play a more active role in conserving all species, including the human species.
