Kuala Lumpur: The National Blood Bank will launch blood donation campaigns during the fasting month of Ramadan due to an anticipated drop in blood donation during fasting and Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
In a statement today, the blood bank urged public, who wished to donate, to go to the blood bank or its mobile units from 7.30am to 5.30pm every Monday and from 7.30am to 8pm from Tuesday to Friday.
The blood bank and its mobile units would be operated on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 4pm. For further information the public could can surf its website at www.pdn.gov.my. -- Bernama
