LAHAD DATU: Over 50 suspected terrorist conspirators caught in Sabah

    LAHAD DATU: Police have detained over 50 people including women believed to be linked to the terrorists in Sabah.

    Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar  said these suspects were picked up from all over Sabah and not just within the confines of the Sabah Security Area covering Kudat, Tawau,Kunak, Sandakan and here.

    He said they were believed to be collaborating with the terrorists and detained for investigation under the  Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012

    He, however, declined to reveal further detail for fear of jeorpadising investigations.
