Khalil reappointed Melaka Yang DiPertua Negeri for third term

KUALA LUMPUR: Tun Mohd Khalil Yaakob has been reappointed Yang Dipertua Negeri of Melaka for a third term.

Mohd Khalil, 75, received the instrument of appointment today from Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah at the Istana Negara.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam and several Cabinet ministers attended the event. -- BERNAMA
