WHAT'S ON: Fraser’s Hill International Bird Race 2012 (this weekend)

Raub, Pahang. Fraser’s Hill has carved a name as a premier bird-watching destination.

The highland paradise is home to more than 250 species of wild birds.

Come join the one of a kind race as bird lovers congregate to spot as many birds as they can.

The race is divided into three categories — advanced, novice and local.

Organised by Fraser’s Hill Development Corporation, the race is aimed to help preserve nature and to promote Fraser’s Hill as a bird sanctuary.
