SUNDAY family brunches will never be the same again with Box Of Delights Children’s Theatre.
Brought by Enfiniti Vision Media in collaboration with Playground Productions, Box Of Delights will stage its first season of monthly family-friendly theatre at Tapis Rouge, Klang Valley’s latest Theatre Restaurant located in the vibrant Red Carpet Boulevard at Encorp Strand, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
Each month offers interactive, energetic, playful performances spanning one hour and featuring wholesome, inspiring, sometimes thought-provoking and often wildly entertaining plays, stories and song, aimed at the 4-12 age range.
On May 6 comes Triumph Of The Little Chicken.
Here audiences can join Alina, her funny-looking chicken Ketukung Togel and their friends Uda and Dara, in their efforts to defeat the bad guys, Alang Bakhil and his Cheating Champion Chicken Fighter.
Can they save their village and put an end to the cruel sport of animal fighting? Can they persuade Dara’s mother to let Uda and Dara have their romantic fairytale ending? This tale combines the classics with happy twists, resulting in an enjoyable experience for all.
On June 3 it’s Cheng Ho And The Fabulous Food From Around The World. Parents and children will enjoy this cheery adaptation of the adventures of the great Admiral Cheng Ho. This hilarious tale sees the great admiral sailing the seas to make good friends and find fabulous food for China. Fierce pirates, a brave new buddy and a stopover in golden Malacca add to the excitement.
