ntv7 starts the Lunar New Year with all-star telemovie, Happy Family, and the Malaysian premiere of the South Korean Melon Music Awards 2009 tomorrow.

Other exciting line-ups for the season include comedic Chinese movies such as The Lucky Guy and All’s Well Ends Well and action movies such as The Raid and Fist Of Fury 1991.

TV3 features popular martial arts star Donnie Yen as Ip Man in Ip Man 2 at 10pm on Sunday. Here, he settles in Hong Kong and becomes the sifu of legendary actor Bruce Lee.
Aaron Kwok and Ekin Cheng star as the Storm Warriors at 9pm on Monday. They battle an evil warlord named Godless.

TV1 offers television movies Semerah Naga (Monday), Ah Loon Oii..., Panah Asmara (Tuesday) and Atan Bertemu Mei Lin (Jan 27).

On Disney Junior (Astro 613), at 2.30pm Sunday, Handy Manny’s Motorcycle Adventure begins. Other Disney Junior shows for the New Year include Bananas In Pyjamas, Dibo The Gift Dragon, Animal Mechanicals and Pororo The Little Penguin.

All’s Well Ends Well 2010 (ntv7, 10pm)
Louis Koo plays the Emperor, a childish ruler who cares about learning kung-fu and not much else. The Queen Mother wants a grandchild, but the Emperor avoids sleeping with his randy wife in order to retain his virginity. Also starring Ronald Cheng, Raymond Wongand Sandra Ng.

Ip Man 2 (TV3, 10pm)
After having gone against the Japanese army, Ip Man and his family flee to Hong Kong where he starts a martial arts school. Starring Donnie Yen, Huang Xiaoming and Sammo Hung.
