THAT Kuala Lumpur still lacks shopping oomph is a given, but next month, Club 21 is opening a small window for better fashion choices at its multi-label store in Pavilion where brands like T By Alexander Wang, Comme des Garcons Comme des Garcons, Jonathan Saunders, Acne and Alexander McQueen, among others, will be sold.
