WRINKLE REMOVAL RECIPE
Banana is a wonderful anti-wrinkle treatment. Mash 1/4 banana until very creamy. Spread all over face and leave for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water followed by a dash of cold. Gently pat dry.

BANISH UNDER EYE CIRCLES
Grated potato can lighten under-eye circles. Potato contains an enzyme called catecholase, which is used in cosmetics as a human skin lightener. Run one spud through your food processor and stuff the raw mash into a piece of cheesecloth.

Apply to the area directly beneath your eye. Don’t let the potato juice come in contact with the eye itself. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Wipe away the starchy residue

FOR SHINY HAIR
Give your hair a great shine and remove soap build-up. Add a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your rinse water.

Stir one one teaspoon of honey into four cups warm water. After shampooing, pour the mixture through you hair. Do not rinse out. Dry as normal.

EXFOLIATE NATURALLY
Sea salt removes dry, flaky, dead skin. Wet face (or anywhere on the body), apply a couple of tablespoons of sea salt, then gently massage with a wet cloth or fingers.

Focus on the T-zone and cheeks, but avoid the eye area. After one or two minutes, rinse with cold water to tighten the pores.

FOR BEAUTIFUL FEET
Take one cup lemon juice, cinnamon (optional for scent), two tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 cup of milk, and water. Make a wash that leaves skin refreshed and fragrant (the amount of water does not matter).

Put this in a tub and soak your feet. Dry your feet or rinse them with water. If you don’t like cinnamon, replace with perfume or rose petals.
