Six other female characters are yet to be cast. Names that have been bandied about include Mahie Gill and Shilpa Shukla.
The first film Madhuri signed on for her Bollywood comeback was Vishal Bharadwaj’s Dedh Ishqiya.

‘Right’ career for Udhayanidhi
PRODUCER Udhayanidhi Stalin, who made his acting debut in the currently showing Tamil film Oru Kal Oru Kannadi, is tasting success as the film is well-received by moviegoers.
His father, the former Tamil Nadu deputy chief minister and Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party treasurer M.K. Stalin, is said to be pleased with Udhayanidhi’s choice to become an actor, reports IndiaGlitz.com.

The politician’s father was former Tamil Nadu chief minister, M. Karunanidhi, whose regime was often accused of having family members in top positions.
Stalin too, had tried his hand in acting. He played the lead actor in the TV show Kurinji Malar two decades ago.
