GEORGE TOWN -- The Barisan Nasional is making preparations to open its district polling operations room at the Bukit Bendera parliamentary constituency, for the 13th General Election.

The constituency's parliamentary coordinator Hng Chee Wey said he hoped all the 30 operations rooms in Bukit Bendera could be opened by Feb 1, the date set by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
