AMMA CELEBRATES 37TH YEAR
KUALA LUMPUR: In conjunction with the Annual Delegates Conference, All Malaysia Malayalee Association (AMMA) recently celebrated its 37th anniversary at the Dynasty Hotel in Jalan Ipoh, here.
Deputy Minister in Prime Minister's Department Datuk S.K. Devamany, High Commissioner of India to Malaysia Vijay Gokhale, Tan Sri V.C. George and wife Puan Sri Rebecca were among the over 300 guests present at the dinner.
AMMA, a non-governmental socio-cultural organisation, promotes cultural, social, educational, physical and recreational activities for its members.
The association acts as the umbrella body for 18 affiliate organisations.
