UMNO president Datuk Seri Najib Razak yesterday set the tone for this year’s Umno general assembly by underlining two key issues — fortifying the Bumiputera economic standing and wooing the younger generation.
THE government has spent RM46.5 billion to boost the Bumiputera economy via 32 programmes since September last year.
