    Foreign teens held over cabbie's death

    KOTA KINABALU: Police held four teenage foreigners after a dead taxi driver was found buried in Kuala Penyu, 130km south of here. Chin Kui Fui, 42, appeared to have been strangled to death with the safety belt of the vehicle at the Sawangan beach where his body was found on Saturday. He was believed to have been robbed of about RM220 at knife point inside the vehicle and was set upon by the four passengers when he tried to fight them off on Wednesday. Chin from Mesapol in Sipitang was last seen by family members leaving for work on Wednesday.
