KOTA KINABALU: Barisan Nasional, under the leadership of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, is on the right track to achieve the targets set out in the Government Transformation Programme (GTP), Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman said.

Musa said that the BN government, spurred by a strong poli-tical will, had been successful in implementing its transformation programmes for the people's benefit.

"We see a lot of improvements, including in terms of reduction in the number of crimes, more development in urban as well as in rural areas, and better income for the people.

"These are all due to the efforts of the BN government as promised to the people," he said after attending the handing over of RM51.5 million in dividend payment from state government-owned company, Sawit Kinabalu Group, to the state government yesterday. -- Bernama
