TELEKOM MALAYSIA: 103 service full of errors

I HAVE made numerous calls to Telecom Malaysia's 103 directory service to check if my telephone number is listed correctly.

Each time, the answer is "no".

I went to the TMPoint office to correct the listing, not once but numerous times.

Even the staff there could not correct the problem. Now I have given up.

What use is the 103 service if it keeps repeating mistakes?
